 Medium:-   21st April to 8th June and 6th October to the 2nd November  
 High:-        9th June to 13th July and 1st September  to the 5th October
 Peak:-        14th July to 31st August
 Xmas /
 New Year  22nd December to the 4th January 2013

Euro prices will change and are subject to the exchange rate.
All prices are per week Saturday to Saturday (arrivals after 4pm and departures before 10am), and include bed linen (bottom sheet, duvet cover and pillow cases), house towels, gas and electricity (not including electric central heating in Soleil nor the oil central heating in LYS and ANJOU)  Pool towels are available for hire at euro 2.00 per week. Final clean available, price on request.  

Mid week and weekend availability out of season, January to May and September to December, ask for details.

WiFi internet access

We offer a 10% discount off our latest brochure prices for the second and subsequent weeks booked in the same gîte. The 10% reduction is offered for the second and subsequent weeks as linen and towels are not replaced.

For special occasions and Christmas / New Year when we can arrange various visits, restaurants, wine Tasting etc….. Please contact us for the additional prices.

HEATING:
Heating is not included in the rental price and should heating be required a small charge of Euro 0.11 per electrical unit will be made for electricity heating in Soleil and a flat rate for Anjou of Euro 55.00/week and Lys Euro 35.00/week (for 6 hours heating per day), to cover the heating of the gîtes. (These prices are subject to change dependant on oil / electricity prices).  If additional heating hours are required in ANJOU or LYS these are charged at 2.5 euro per hour per day.
